All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer.

Returns for online orders:
1. Be sure to complete the Product Return Form (on the back of the Packing Slip) and enclose it with the items you are returning.
2. Pack the items and attach the pre-addressed return label to the package. Remove or cover the original shipping label.

Please allow two to three weeks for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.

If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don't need an item anymore, you can delete items from your open orders in the Orders section in Your Account. Deleting all items in an order will cancel the entire order.
If your order has shipped it cannot be modified. To return the unwanted items, you may refuse the package or return it.
Changing an order before it ships:
Most orders you place on groriteonline.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
